One: FiltrationThe fluid flows in from the inlet and exits through the tiny gaps of the wedge-shaped filter cartridges inside the filter. Impurity
particles can be easily retained. When impurity particles accumulate on the surface of the filter screen, a pressure difference
will be generated.
Two: Cleaning
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.5kg/cm ² (adjustable), the backwashing system of the filter will start to operate automatically. The operation is carried out by a differential pressure controller set on the main body, an electric blowdown valve and a rotating stainless steel cleaning brush driven by a motor. Impurity particles can be easily brushed off by the steel brush and then discharged through the blowdown valve. The backwashing time lasts for about 15 seconds (adjustable). The flow is not interrupted during backwashing.
